Wellness for your hiking, biking and ski equipment –
for our athletically active guests!
You can store your dirty footwear, hiking poles, wet sportswear and your ski equipment in our sport equipment room located in the basement floor.
There, you have the possibility to clean your equipment (water connection, shoeshine box) and dry it (rotary clothes dryer, ski boot dryer, heater). In addition, there are also lockers in the sport equipment room.

As an overnight guest of Villa Seilern, you will be assigned a parking space, which is reserved for you throughout your hotel stay. The parking fee will be charged on your day of departure.

Holidays with children:

If you are planning a stay at our hotel with children, then we would like to point out that our vitality resort primarily focuses on recreation, wellness and relaxation. Entrance to the SPA and fitness area shall be only permitted to children that are 14 years of age and above.

Children aged 3 to 9 years old ...................... 50% reduction
Children aged 10 to 13 years old ................... 25% reduction


Non-smoking hotel:

The Villa Seilern is a non-smoking hotel. We therefore ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted on the balconies of our feel-good rooms and suites. However, smoking is permitted in the smoking area in front of our hotel.


We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Holiday shut-down 2020:

Dear guests! We are closed for the Christmas holidays. The last day of departure is Friday,
18 December 2020. Our vitality resort reopens in good time for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
The first day of arrival is Sunday, 27 December 2020.
